2018 Philadelphia Hospitality Trade Show Vendor Registration Form
TITLE SPONSOR - $5,000:
The title sponsor will receive their logo on all pieces of literature, a 6-table large booth with premium placement and a FULL PAGE AD in our digital brochure.
GOLD SPONSORS - $3,200:
Gold sponsors will receive their company name on all material the day of the show, a 4-table booth with preferred placement and a HALF PAGE ad in our digital brochure.
SILVER SPONSORS - $1,500:
Silver Sponsors will receive a 2-table booth and a BUSINESS CARD sized ad in our digital brochure.
SINGLE 6'x6' BOOTH - $700
Please provide the following information. Company Information and Company Description will be included in our online Sponsor Directory for one year from the date of the event. Booths will be assigned by level of sponsorship and then on a first come, first serve basis. Upon receipt of a completed online registration form, you will be issued an application/agreement and an invoice. Booth spaces are limited and will not be held unless we receive your signed application and payment in full within ten days from the Date of Issue or by Monday, March 12, 2018, whichever comes first. All payments are final as this is a charity fundraising event. No refunds are given in the event of cancelation by exhibitor. Thank you for your support!

Our Iron Chefs will be preparing small plates during the show in the evening. Feel free to enjoy their delicious fare and unlimited soda or water from the bar on us. Since setup begins at noon, Aronimink Golf Club has offered the option to purchase a box lunch (sandwich, chips, apple, cookie, and bottled water) for $15. How many box lunches would you like to purchase?
