Scholarships
With a strong partnership of supporting the club industry in our immediate area, the Philadelphia Club Foundation knows it takes all of us working together to support the high standards of our industry. 
With continued investment in our people, scholarships are the best way of giving back while giving to the future.
At all levels of the club industry, our support of education and personal growth is vital to our teams' successes!
BMI Scholarship – provides reimbursement to PVCMA members of tuition cost for BMI Club Management, BMI Leadership Principles, BMI General Manager/COO, BMI Tactical Leadership, BMI Strategic Leadership, BMI Golf Management, BMI Food & Beverage and the CCM Review Course.
To be eligible, the following requirements must be met:
- A completed application at least 30 days prior to attending the class
- A letter of support from your current club president
- Notification from CMAA confirming the course completion with passing marks
PCF Scholarship – provides reimbursement to individuals employed at a club with a current chapter member of PVCMA for an industry education or certification event. The Board takes in consideration the individual's future within management and operations of clubs. Scholarships are awarded based upon successful completion of the course; travel and housing expenses are not included.
To be eligible, the following requirements must be met:
- A completed application at least 30 days prior to attending the class
- A letter of support from a direct supervisor
- Proof of successful completion of the industry course
Daniel Layman, CCM & Intern Scholarship – a one-year, $7,500 scholarship designated for a student, enrolled in ANY two or four year college or university in any hospitality related program, who has been selected for an internship at a PVCMA member club.
Dr Ali Poorani Scholarship – a one-year, $7,500 scholarship designated for a University of Delaware student with a degree focus on Hospitality and pursuing a career in clubs.
