Fundraiser Results In Unprecedented Donation

The 19th Annual Club Managers’ Golf Classic Benefitting  Make-A-Wish® Foundation of Philadelphia, Delaware, and Susquehanna Valley raised over $55,000, far exceeding its goal of $40,000. A large part of that sum was raised by the live and silent auction, which totaled $23,500. The items sold included an Insta-Wine Cellar, with 45 bottles of wine that were made through donations, a guitar signed by Kenny Chesney, and a Club Car CA300.

The full field of 158 golfers enjoyed the day at the North and Old Courses at Stonewall in Elverson, Pa., with 18-holes of golf, along with a helicopter golf ball drop on the 18th fairway, and dinner accompanied with live music.
Club managers and industry partners also got to witness the joys of their time and effort as Katelyn Roselli, the Wish child, and her family shared the story of her diagnosis, and how the foundation has made a difference in their lives. This past spring, the Roselli family got to go to Disney World thanks to the local Make-A-Wish® Foundation chapter.

The 2018 Club Managers’ Golf Classic marks the 20th anniversary of the event and will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 at Stonewall. Please save the date!
